The structure is one plain table (org_units: code, kind, name, parent, division, state, external id, active) and the limits are another (profile_scopes: person, unit). A site’s external id is its athena department id, which is how each visit is placed at a site. Your own data team can load both from your systems; nothing here depends on a particular database product.
