What this is, and who it is for
Every number here was checked against athena’s own report before anyone else at the practice could see it.
Practice Reporting gives a physician group a few monthly numbers it can finally trust: days in A/R and aging, denial rate by payer, visits by provider, and no-show and cancellation rates.
Practices already have these numbers. The problem is that nobody believes them, because the spreadsheet never quite agrees with athena. So here, every number is checked against the matching athena report before anyone else at the practice sees it.
The Practice Administrator checks and publishes each month; everyone else only reads. The tour takes about ten minutes, and each button signs you in as the right person on the way, so you never have to remember who you are.
