One region, not the whole group
Renee manages the East Region, so she sees only its three sites: Main Campus, Jefferson Park and Eastgate Family Care. In this pilot that means Alina Ferris, MD and Priya Ramanathan, MD. The other 2 providers work in the West Region, and their rows are never returned to her account.
She still sees the practice totals, the payer rows and A/R aging, because those belong to the whole organization. Where a site figure appears, it is the sum of provider rows that were each checked against athena, labeled as such, never a new number nobody reconciled.
Like the roles, the limit is enforced by the database, and tests prove she cannot read or change another site’s rows. The Organization page shows the structure: two entities, two regions and six sites, each site tied to its athena department.
